With Gratitude, You’ll Step Into The Spirit of Abundance

This week is Thanksgiving, and we are all expected to be filled with gratitude. But for some, we may be out of practice. As we enter the flow of gratitude, we enter the flow of abundance and creation. So today, Mike invited us to a “practice of gratitude” where we can bridge mindfulness with gratitude to calm our hearts.

“When I started counting my blessings, my whole life turned around.” – Willie Nelson.

Be grateful for others in your life

Think of 2-3 people who have positively impacted you this year. Who would want to embrace with gratitude? Message them and let them know. Being part of a community does shape your destiny.

Be grateful for yourself and your life

What is the one thing about yourself you are thankful for this year? We become mindful of gratitude when we remember our moments of triumph and use them to motivate ourselves in challenging moments.

Be grateful for the moments of your life

Then think of one beautiful moment you experienced this year or one breakthrough you want to claim or be grateful for in 2022. When we claim what we want to take into our hands, we are more likely to receive it in the future. This concept is known as “future pacing.” This is how you draw the scenario you want for your life into existence.

Your practice with gratitude

Think of one way you’ve grown this year and give yourself gratitude for that.

Once you start practicing this exercise, you open up to a new level of gratitude. If you are a person of faith, you would know that Jesus always expresses gratitude before performing a miracle. Here’s why: When you are grateful, you are in the spirit of abundance.

As Tecumseh said, “When you rise in the morning, give thanks for the light, your life, your strength. Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason to give thanks, the fault lies in yourself.”

A practice with gratitude: Notes

The people we associate ourselves with have the power to change the trajectory of our life. When we step into the flow of gratitude, we step into the flow of abundance. By visualizing your goal, you make it more likely to happen. Adversity prepares you for an extraordinary destiny.

Message Mike if you want to get the ‘Thankful Tuesday’ exercise. It is designed to help us reach a deeper state of abundance and gratitude.
