When you align all seven pillars of life, you can achieve any goal you set for yourself. To live a more holistic life, focus on these seven areas and strive for balance. Remember that your goals are only part of the equation. You need to create affirmations that align with your goals and then visualize or envision your goals every day to keep yourself focused and motivated. Intention is everything – it will keep you focused, aligned, and driven to achieve your purpose.
Creating affirmations to achieve goals.
When your motivation starts to wane, affirmations keep you centered and focused on your goals. But how do you write your affirmations? You use the “I am,” “I have,” and “I am able to” formula that Rebecca Whitman shares. Let’s use the example of having a goal of visibility.
- I am: I am visible on social media.
- I have: I have time every day to do my content.
- I am able to: I am able to be my authentic self on social media, so my ideal client can find me.
- Then you say “thank you” 3 times to affirm your goals.
Live in gratitude.
The importance of gratitude cannot be understated. To live a happy life, you must wake up daily with a thankful attitude. Be grateful for what you have and continue to push forward. Too much focus on what you want will only push away your abundance. Remember to say thank you and live in gratitude, and you will be able to attract everything you need for success.
Prevent burnout with time blocking.
It’s important to remember that taking care of your health should be a priority. You must focus on yourself to concentrate on your business or wealth. It’s crucial to find a balance and pace yourself, so you don’t get burned out. This is why time blocking is essential. Dedicate some time each day to work on all aspects of your life, including your health, so you can stay healthy and productive.
Overcome limiting beliefs and patterns
It’s time to break out of our limiting beliefs and achieve our goals. These patterns are the negative thoughts and beliefs that hold us back from success. Everyone has these limiting beliefs in some area of their life. But it’s time to flip them and start thinking positively. For example, instead of thinking, “I’ll always be overweight,” start thinking, “I’m in the best shape of my life. What more can I do?” Your words are powerful, so be careful with the words you use. Words like “always” and “never” are defeatist and will only hold you back. So focus on yourself and reflect on your limiting beliefs.
Would have, could have, should have… these are limiting words full of shame. These are the words we use when we beat ourselves up for not having the behavior or habits we wish we did. To focus on yourself and eliminate limiting beliefs, take these words out of your speech.
Limiting beliefs are not easy to get over, but it is possible. You can do this independently or, to go deeper, find a community, coach, or leadership programs to help you grow and build your best self.
Build self-confidence through wellness
It’s important to remember that your health and wellness are tied to your self-confidence. Strong is the new skinny. When you work out, you produce endorphins and positive emotions that boost your confidence. It’s best to work out in the morning because it sets you up for being strong and confident throughout the day. You bring powerful energy into the rest of your day by starting the day with exercise.

Your health and wellness are vital to building a successful life. Your body comes first, and you can achieve your dreams with a healthy body and mental state.
