The one thing holding most of us in place is our inability to embrace change. To move forward- to create the life you want- you must embrace change. Let go of the things holding you back. But, it is easier said than done. We get so comfortable with our habits. And we can become afraid of the unknown that growth and change will bring with it. But change is constant. Whether you create it or not, change will happen.
Break the chain of “stuck” and choose to embrace change.
You get to choose your “hard.” We all make daily choices that can either keep us stuck where we are now or embrace change. You have the option to create the life you want. We all know the quote, “the definition of insanity is choosing the same things over and over and expecting different results.” We waste our lives waiting for ideal paths to appear in front of us. But they never do. Paths are made by walking, not waiting.
Set new goals and keep your promises to yourself.
The first step is building positive habits. We know what is good for us and healthy for us, yet we don’t follow through. Why won’t we take the simple steps we KNOW we need to take for ourselves? You have to get out of your own way. Today is today. It’s an opportunity to either do or not do the things you told yourself you were going to do. If you failed to keep a promise to yourself yesterday, it has nothing to do with today. In order to embrace change, you have to do what you can do with today and only today.
Rebuild your identity to create the life you want.
This is a path. You won’t magically go from someone who started and never finished to someone who is now achieving everything. But you slowly begin to rebuild your identity with every step. You gain more confidence by keeping your promises to yourself, allowing you to start living a fuller, richer, bolder life.
When you get clarity and learn what is healthy for you and what you want out of life, embrace it. Give yourself the guidelines that will help you grow. Create the life you want by building positive habits. Start embracing change today and see what happens.

- Go to work and build strong relationships, keep it accurate, work smart, elevate, and do something new.

- Having clarity is essential for your evolution. You have to see beyond what’s right in front of you.
- Affirm: “I’m willing to change my old habits.”
