Unlocking Your Full Potential. Understanding The Journey

What do you think about when you think about unlocking your full potential?

When I think about it, I realize that, throughout my entire life, I have always been striving for success.  I have always been pushing to get to the top of my craft no matter what it was that I’ve done…playing the flute in high school, being the best mom or growing my business. I invite you to dig a little deeper into your emotional intelligence to find your true inner strength.

This is so that all your dreams can come true when you tap into your full potential.

Emotional intelligence (EI) also known as Emotional Quotient (EQ)is defined as the ability to understand and manage your own emotions, as well as recognize and influence the emotions of those around you.

3 tips for managing your emotional intelligence are:

  1. Self-love
  2. Breath work
  3. Conflict resolution, let the people involved know how you feel.

Doing these will help you to be aware of your emotions and know what triggers them.  You will also be able to utilize your emotions by taking control of them and using them to succeed.  Healthy interpersonal relationships are critical to interacting with others and taking leadership roles.

Emotional intelligence contributes to personal growth and success.

By being aware of and managing emotions, you can make better decisions that will help you set and achieve personal and professional goals that will ultimately lead to a more fulfilling life.  Life is a journey.  As you go through the obstacles and difficult times, just know those are the things that will make you stronger and give you the ability to reach all your goals.

3 Ways I’ve Unlocked my Full Potential

Look at others for Motivation

When it comes to motivation, there’s a lot to be gained when it comes to getting the inspiration from others to help you to get to your full potential.  I like looking at people who have done the same amazing things that I want to do.  I ask them how they have achieved their goals and I follow in their footsteps.

Success follows success and seeing others succeed can be an inspiring source of motivation.

Train, Train and Train Some More.

It is important to study your craft and stay current with the latest developments in your field.  It helps increase knowledge and understanding.  This, in turn, leads to increased opportunities for success and advancements.

By continuously learning and refining your knowledge and skillset, you stay engaged in your work and a leader in your field.  If you don’t stay current in your field, you get left behind.  Getting a coach, studying videos, reading more books, and going to events are some things you can do to reach your full potential.  Each year I make it my goal to learn something new.  When you’re learning, you’re growing.

Surround Yourself With People What Are Doing What You Want To Do

You are a direct reflection of the people you surround yourself with.  I love my 4am and 5am BWC crew.  Your vibe is your tribe.

By focusing on maintaining positive energy, you’re more likely to attract people who share your energy and vibe.  This can lead to forming great relationships and creating a supportive community.

By focusing on your vibe, you can attract people who will positively impact your life and help you to reach your full potential.

One proven strategy for unlocking your potential is establishing morning and evening rituals.  They set the tone for the day and help with balance and structure with respect to mindset, productivity, and consistency.

One of my most popular ebooks that I’ve written is “Rituals and Routines For A Wonderful Life”.  It covers the importance of morning and evening rituals.
