We all have those days when it feels like we’re running on empty. Ultimately, boosting your energy and staying focused comes down to mindfulness and being intentional with your actions.
Sometimes, we don’t know how to slow down, or it feels uncomfortable to slow down because we don’t like what comes up with it. But it’s important, to be honest with ourselves and to make any necessary changes so that we can be our best selves and live our best, most fulfilled lives.
It is human nature to operate with a fixed mindset, or from a place of “either/or” thinking, which is limited at best and detrimental at worst. In reality, knowing how to change your mindset intentionally by embracing a “both/ and” thinking style is the key to growth in life.

However, you can live in balance where you accept from others and give in return; this is the balance to giving and receiving.
Mindfulness is the awareness of what’s happening in the present moment, without judgment but with acceptance. Through mindfulness, we can continue doing what we love and making a positive impact.
Taking care of ourselves isn’t being selfish. When we take care of ourselves, it allows us to show up as our best selves for other people.
